Employee wellbeing
The wellbeing of our people is of paramount importance to us, and we have implemented comprehensive measures to address and support issues such as mental health and stress. Our colleagues have access to a range of materials and guides, as well as an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to provide confidential support and counselling services. Alongside this, we enable employees to opt in to our Vitality private healthcare scheme. This covers optical, dental and an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP).
Vitality Health
Our employees are provided with private healthcare with Vitality Health which includes dental and optical insurance. It also provides an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to provide confidential support and counselling services.
As part of their membership, employees can opt in to ‘Vitality Rewards’ which provides the below benefits and discounts as a reward for keeping active:

Community investment and social impact
At Consultiv, we believe in making a positive difference not just within our company, but also for the wider community. That’s why we offer our employees an incentivised flexible ‘Payroll Giving Scheme’. This initiative allows our employees to opt in to make monthly contributions to worthy causes – whilst also enjoying some fantastic benefits. In return for employee donations, Consultiv offers the opportunity to purchase additional leave and automatically enters employees into our monthly charity raffle draw.
Each month we support 2-3 charities/causes, many of which are within the local community.

Consultiv Utilities has been helping OneYMCA to manage their utility costs and monitor their energy usage; ensuring the money they spend on utilities is done so wisely, whilst helping to look after our planet.
We have committed to further supporting the work OneYMCA do to change and save the lives of local people by joining their Corporate Connect Club.

OnceYMCA provide a diverse range of support for vulnerable people within local communities. They provide individuals with a safe space to gain the skills, education and independence they need to avoid sleeping rough. They also provide baby clinics, family support and adult learning courses.

Our Sales Academy
Following our recent office expansion, we have recently opened our own Sales Academy. A place where we provide our colleagues with industry training, at the highest standards.
The Sales Academy training consists of a number of clearly defined modules, each focussing on an area to equip our newly enrolled colleagues with the knowledge, skills and confidence they need to excel in their roles.
The fully-paid training is welcome to applicants from a range of backgrounds and professional experience, providing more opportunities for the local community.
We are giving local individuals with no prior energy experience the chance to succeed in the energy sector and build a rewarding career in the industry.
