Your dedicated Account Manager will be your central point of contact and liaise with the wider team to deliver our market-leading services. They will coordinate regular meetings, communicate account updates, and ensure your energy buying and management strategy is on track.
As well as consulting on all aspects of energy procurement they will support with site list management, Change of Tenancies (CoTs), new connections, meter operator and data collector contracts, and supplier queries.
Depending on the solutions you require, they will also ensure our experts from our bureau, trading, or sustainability teams are included in meetings and conversations to deliver the best possible outcome for your business.
