Employee wellbeing

The wellbeing of our people is of paramount importance to us. Alongside the many benefits we provide, we also enable employees to opt in to our Vitality healthcare scheme. Vitality’s award-winning cover also includes optical, dental and an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP).

By utilising the Vitality activity tracker, our colleagues can view and track their activity, earn points, and get discounts and rewards for staying active.

In providing our employees with a range of wellbeing support services, we aim to inspire a healthier workforce.

Supporting our community

We offer an incentivised charitable donation scheme to our employees. Each month we support 2-3 charities/causes, many of which are within the local community.

OneYMCA - Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire

Consultiv Utilities has been helping OneYMCA to manage their utility costs and monitor their energy usage; ensuring the money they spend on utilities is done so wisely, whilst helping to look after our planet.

We have committed to further supporting the work OneYMCA do to change and save the lives of local people by joining their Corporate Connect Club.

OnceYMCA provide a diverse range of support for vulnerable people within local communities. They provide individuals with a safe space to gain the skills, education and independence they need to avoid sleeping rough. They also provide baby clinics, family support and adult learning courses.

       

Our Sales Academy

Following our recent office expansion, we have recently opened our own Sales Academy. A place where we provide our colleagues with industry training, at the highest standards.

The Sales Academy training consists of a number of clearly defined modules, each focussing on an area to equip our newly enrolled colleagues with the knowledge, skills and confidence they need to excel in their roles.

The fully-paid training is welcome to applicants from a range of backgrounds and professional experience, providing more opportunities for the local community.

We are giving local individuals with no prior energy experience the chance to succeed in the energy sector and build a rewarding career in the industry.
