Utilities specialist Consultiv Utilities is partnering with the North Allerdale Development Trust (NADT) to pledge a percentage of every contract secured to support the charity’s vital work in the local community.
The initiative is designed to make a lasting social impact by turning energy, water, waste and communications contracts into an opportunity to give back to communities across the Solway Plain.
First established in 2008, NADT focuses on supporting and developing projects that enhance local facilities and create new opportunities for the betterment of residents. From early intervention projects to support the wellbeing of young people to heritage research projects, NADT runs a range of activities, events and conferences that bring people together.
Known for delivering personalised solutions powered by smart technology, Consultiv Utilities is a customer-focused utilities business with a proven track record for helping organisations achieve savings, improve environmental credentials and make a genuine social impact.
Consultiv Utilities’ Operations Director, Mark Robinson, comments:
“We are thrilled to be working with NADT through this new partnership. Community organisations like this make such a difference to the lives of those in the local area and we’re just delighted to be able to play a small role in generating funds that can help them to continue their good work.
“For organisations wrestling with rising business overheads and not quite keeping up with their ESG initiatives, we’re hoping to make things easy. Switching utility contracts and gaining expert consultancy support helps them to cut consumption and costs, while NADT receive a donation to ensure they can keep doing what they do best.”
NADT Chief Executive, Sandra Keaveney, adds:
“We are pleased to announce our partnership with Consultiv Utilities — a company whose approach and understanding of our sector have greatly impressed us. We look forward to the opportunities this collaboration will create to advance our shared objectives.
“The proceeds raised through this initiative will be utilised to ensure we can continue to deliver projects at the heart of the communities we serve.”
