Consultiv Utilities on course to support clubs across Europe with new CMAE partnership

Utilities specialist, Consultiv Utilities, has announced a new corporate partnership with the Club Management Association of Europe (CMAE). The three-year agreement will see Consultiv support clubs to navigate the challenges of utilities procurement and secure competitive energy, water, waste and communications contracts.

CMAE members will also benefit from educational workshops, webinars and tailored resources designed specifically for the club management industry. At the heart of these sessions will be advice and guidance relating to cost management and the integration of renewable technologies in line with growing sustainability and environmental responsibilities.

Known for delivering personalised solutions powered by smart technology, Consultiv Utilities is a customer-focused business that believes in nurturing trusted relationships through professionalism, accuracy and transparency.

Among the golf clubs already working with Consultiv Utilities is Close House in Northumberland, which has played host to both the British Masters and DP World Tour events in recent years.

Speaking on the announcement of the new agreement, Consultiv Utilities Business Development Manager, Paul Davidson, said:

“Rising utilities costs are a significant concern for club managers and we are perfectly placed at Consultiv Utilities to help them secure the most competitive and cost-effective contracts across energy, water, waste and communications. Over the course of a year, switching contracts can often save clubs thousands of pounds.

“We also know that clubs are looking to ensure that they are meeting their sustainability responsibilities. For this reason, our team will be working with them to identify opportunities such as integrating renewable energy technologies, improving water efficiency and streamlining waste management processes.”

CMAE Commercial Director, Craig Cotterill, added:

“Club managers are facing a real challenge in getting to grips with a complex energy market and rising utility costs at present. So, being able to rely on the expertise of Consultiv Utilities as specialists in this field will be invaluable to our members, as they look to manage overheads and become more sustainable for the long term.”

The partnership with Consultiv Utilities aligns with CMAE’s mission to support its members’ success through the provision of tools, knowledge and industry support.

The new agreement adds to Consultiv Utilities’ growing portfolio of corporate partnerships, which includes regional football associations, charities and not for profit organisations.
