UK utilities specialist, Consultiv Utilities, has teamed up with the London FA as the preferred energy consultant and energy ambassador to both professional and grassroots football in the London region. As part of the new partnership, Consultiv Utilities will sponsor the Boys’ Youth London Cups (Saturday and Sunday competitions) for the 2025/26 season.
Consultiv and London FA will be promoting and communicating a joint initiative to clubs at all levels, designed to introduce team sponsors and business networks to Consultiv utilities. In return, clubs working with Consultiv have the opportunity to receive sponsorship or benefit from much needed sports kit and equipment.
This unique partnership will see London-based football clubs of all levels gain access to Consultiv Utilities’ expertise in order to manage energy contracts, reduce consumption and lower carbon emissions. Additionally, clubs will be supported to explore solutions and efficiency upgrades such as solar panel installation and battery storage, EV charging points, LED lighting and improved waste management.
The utilities specialist already has a proven track record working with football clubs and other sporting organisations to achieve savings and improve environmental, social and governance (ESG) credentials. Through this new partnership, the business will now be working with London FA which has been in existence since 1882, serves as a cornerstone of grassroots football throughout London. With over 950 clubs, 5,500 teams, and 74,500 registered players.
