The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery and management of the bureau service function to a portfolio of corporate clients on fixed and flexible energy supply contracts.
Full Description of position
The successful candidate will perform daily bureau service activities, which may include but are not limited to:
· Onboarding clients to our Energy Hub platform
- Completing invoice validation and query reporting
- Raising and resolving queries with suppliers
- Processing changes of tenancies
- Creating and delivering monthly/scheduled recharge invoices to tenants
- Producing portfolio-wide cost and consumption reports and issuing to clients accordingly
- Assisting with and managing new connections and disconnections.
- Driving continual improvement in our billing systems and processes
- Ensuring that core processes are documented and that efficiencies are identified and implemented
- Attending client meetings with Procurement Analysts
- Development in this role will involve the recruitment of analysts to expand the bureau service team and ensure a best-in-class service.

Qualifications / Experience
- 3-years experience working in the Energy industry or similar is desirable
- Familiarity with energy supplier systems and billing
