Key Responsibilities:

· Identifying, recruiting, and developing new business partners.

· Cold calling businesses to establish initial contact and generate leads.

· Travelling across the country to meet with potential and existing partners, including overnight stays as required.

· Attending industry events to network and promote Consultiv Utilities.

· Preparing and measuring key KPIs to track performance and progress.

· Leading ad-hoc projects to drive revenue and growth.

· Providing strong and proactive team leadership and direction.

· Ensuring clear communication of goals, expectations, and performance requirements.

· Building and maintaining strong relationships with partners.

· Managing your time effectively, being organised and methodical.

· Demonstrating a strong background in sales and commercial awareness.

· Making sound decisions and demonstrating excellent organisational skills.

· Being results-oriented, viewing problems as opportunities.

· Being highly self-motivated with the ability to inspire others to maximise their potential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to £40,000.00 per year
