Our Customer Portal has been developed to compliment our market-leading consultancy offering. Designed to add value to our offering from prospect to customer. A fully configurable portal that will grant our customers access to a host of information on their portfolio, targeted sales marketing, usage consumption, document store and more.
WHY ARE WE LAUNCHING A CUSTOMER PORTAL?
Everyone knows that communication can be a key pain point for customers, which creates unhappiness in the relationship between us and our customers and this can break down trust.
We’re determined to build that trust further and develop ongoing, meaningful relationships with our customers. Reducing any pain points is our goal, linked to solving issues predominantly through process change and the use of technology to eradicate any waste to drive efficiency.

As you can see, we’ve spent a lot of time deep-diving into the development of the Connect portal to make sure we fully understand how we can offer exceptional customer service and provide solutions. We will begin to activate customer portals from the 16th of August through your dedicated Account Manager.
