On the 29th of April 2021 – Consultiv Utilities was recognised by Great Place to Work UK as one of the top 50 Medium organisations to work for in the UK.
Our Employees have spoken! We scored an outstanding 97% on employee satisfaction throughout. This was done through independent survey that allowed each and every colleague to rate Culture, Reward, Environment, Training, Management and many more. This showed us that our culture and ethics are just some of the reasons why employees love working for Consultiv – even during a crisis.
Despite an incredibly challenging year for businesses worldwide, Consultiv Utilities was able to sustain our award-winning culture, ultimately achieving a ranking on the 2021 UK’s Best Workplaces™ list (in the Medium organisations category) published by Great Place to Work® UK.
To determine an organisation’s ranking, Great Place to Work® administers their comprehensive employee survey which represents 3/4 of an organisation’s final score. The remaining quarter of the score comes from the Culture Audit® – a business-driven questionnaire that uncovers and evaluates the organisation’s HR and leadership practices, policies and culture.
Consultiv Utilities Ltd is among a huge amount of UK-based organisations recognised by its employees as an organisation that promotes a healthy workplace culture through trust, pride and camaraderie during the Covid-19 pandemic.
To achieve such a fantastic award in what has notably been one of the toughest years in recent times is amazing. We work really hard to make sure that our colleagues are all treated with respect and as an individual and this is reflected in the results we have achieved.
Over the last 12 month we have tripled in size, adapted to new ways of working and relocated our head office to a fantastic new premise to provide better facilities for our Colleagues. There are always things we can do better and so for the next 12 months we will be looking to adapt more great initiatives to improve further.
We can’t wait to see what the next 12 months has in store and look forward to the next result.
